Terms and Conditions: In-Cart Service

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ANY OTHER SERVICE OR  IF YOU TRY TO CART SHOES ON YOUR OWN.... USE A DIFFERENT NIKE ACCOUNT.

 

If you do either of the above it could conflict with our system and hurt your chances of being successful.  Your refund request will be forfeited. If you decide to use another service or attempt to add the sneaker to your cart yourself use separate Nike accounts for each item so that this is never an issue.

 

ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE RELEASE DATE.

 

This ensures that you (the customer) will receive a refund in a timely manner. Just as you expect us to process your refund quickly, we expect you to do the same in regards to filing a refund request. Please make sure you submit your refund by clicking the refund tab and complete the refund request form .Any refund requests submitted after the 72 hour deadline will be ignored.

 

IF YOU SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD/ACCOUNT LOGIN INFO TO YOUR NIKE.COM ACCOUNT BEFORE WE SUBMIT YOUR REFUND REQUEST. YOU WILL BE DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A REFUND.

 

When you submit a refund request we will check your Nike.com account for validation.  If you change your password on Nike.com before we have the  opportunity to validate your refund  request you will forfeit your refund & no refund will be issued.

 

IF WE SUCCESSFULLY ADDED THE SNEAKER TO YOUR CART AND YOU FAIL TO CHECKOUT FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND.

 

When you purchase an “Add To Cart” item from Sole Quick, you are paying us a service fee to successfully add the sneaker of choice to your cart. It is your responsibility to checkout and complete the transaction. If you fail to complete the transaction after we have successfully added the sneaker to you cart you will forfeit your right for a refund. To qualify for a full refund it must be an error on behalf of Nike.com.

 

WHEN YOU’RE IN THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER, MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION (CONTACT INFO/ ACCCOUNT LOGIN INFORMATION,ETC.). IF YOU SUBMIT THE WRONG INFORMATION TO US, THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY WE CAN ADD THE SNEAKERS TO YOUR CART. IF YOU PROVIDED US WITH THE WRONG INFORMATION YOU WILL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO 70% OF YOUR REFUND. IF YOU SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO 70% OF YOUR REFUND AS WELL.

 

If any violation of our Terms & Conditions has been made we have the right to forfeit a partial/full refund.

Depending on how severe your violation is, Sole Quick has the right to ban you from using our service.
